POST-PRODUCTION
We produce stand-out images regardless of the season. All photos are processed to correct perspective & lens distortion, color temperature, sharpness, and clarity. We use professional lenses, tripods, lighting, and panoramic equipment for the shoot.
As seen below, we strive for crisp, vibrant portrayals of any property, business, or land - to better stand out on the MLS and other marketing materials and platforms.

PRICING
Starting at $175 (rates vary based on desired image count), we provide 30-40 high-res photos to cover all indoor and exterior areas of your property.
We also offer interactive 360° virtual tours, twilight photos, aerial drone photography, and aerial videos. Discounts are available for combined services.

DELIVERY
All photos are provided within 2-business days via DropBox download link, which includes hi-res images, thumbnails, and a PDF contact sheet. A DVD or online gallery are available on request.
You retain the right to use all delivered content for marketing purposes, and your contact information will not be shared or used in any way by IMG.
